Greetings fellow players of The Harbinger. You'll recognize most of us as former members of Deadweight. After much deliberation, we determined that the original goals we had when creating DW had been lost during the absence of several of our members. In order to attempt to get a handle on the situation, we branched off and created a new guild, focusing on keeping a smaller, tight knit community that we all were missing from the good old days.
First and foremost, we'd like to say thank you to everyone that kept DW alive while many of us were gone. Hopefully there's no bad blood between those that chose to leave and those that were left behind. We truly appreciate the opportunity in getting to know all of you, and we hope that you don't feel slighted by this new venture. Our goal was to bring our core PVE players and PVP players over to the new guild, and really tighten the knot around the loose recruiting that was going on before. We're pretty confident that this will be a great choice for everyone in the end, even those left behind, as morale was beginning to seriously deteriorate. So once again, thank you very much for joining us over the last few months and we wish you the best of luck in your future guild endeavors.
With that out of the way, we plan to continue our casual raid progression (although personally I'd like to expand on that), and begin to ramp up the frequency in which we're queuing for rated warzones once again. While we're not actively recruiting for either purpose, you're more than welcome to check out the recruitment post in the forums if you feel like you'd be an exceptional candidate for our already stellar roster.
